Join AMPIN Energy Transition’s Project Development team!

We are looking to hire for our land acquisition team for Utility Business based out of our office in Delhi. If you have an expertise in land acquisition and liasoning for Utility lead states regions like North and South India, then this is the role for you!

How you will contribute:

  • Coordinating with internal teams including legal, finance, and project development to ensure timely documentation, approvals, and compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and trackers for land acquisition progress, documentation status, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitating cross-functional meetings and follow-ups to align on land-related deliverables and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Supporting reporting and MIS preparation for leadership reviews and project updates.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring land registration, identification, due diligence, obtaining clearances and approvals for the respective state.
  • Addressing local issues in the area.
  • Looking after Land related liasoning and closures with Land Registration and Contouring along with Land related commercials, inspection of ownership and due diligence for the above mentioned states.
  • Handling Government Agencies, Land Aggregators, Arbitration and land related litigation as required.
  • You will be responsible for CLU (Change of land use); Title search, Forest land/Agricultural land conversion to industrial land for Solar Power Project and document submission to PD/ Project Finance.

Ideal Skills for this role include:

  • 10+ years of experience in land acquisition and related matters, with demonstrated ability of land closures in large land parcels.
  • Graduate in law or any other
  • Should be well versed with commercial terms and terminologies, payment process, legal verification of documents and ownership and due diligence in all related matters pertaining to land.
  • Background in Solar / Renewable sector with high understanding of Land Regulations and land affairs/ land laws will be preferred.
  • Good understanding of and be compliant with provisions of Indian anti-bribery laws and the FCPA Act of USA.

Join AMPIN Energy Transition’s Legal team!

AMPIN is looking to hire project management specialists based out of the corporate office for Utility as well as C&I business separately. This person would be responsible for taking care of project operations, Project Scheduling, Monitoring, etc. for renewable energy plants/Projects.

How you will contribute:

  • Coordinating with all the regions on projects under construction or development phase for proper planning, scheduling, monitoring and control towards timely delivery
  • Coordinating with EPC partners for taking up the slippages in projects and work out catch-up plan to bring it back on track as per scheduled milestone
  • Supporting with planning and execution of solar projects within timeline and budgets
  • Project planning over MSP and progress presentation to management
  • Manage the contractor/vendor as per company guidelines and requirement
  • Coordinating between Back-office Engineering, Procurement, site teams & other stakeholders for effective project construction
  • Tracking activities against detail project plan
  • Ensuring Site safety /QHSE/quality as per company standard; Construction supervision /monitoring and ensuring Quality Management, Implementation of SOPs, statutory Compliance

This role offers the opportunity to lead the BD Open Access team in the North and develop expertise across business development, project structuring, regulatory strategy, partner engagement, and stakeholder management.

How you will contribute:

You will lead C&I Open Access business development across the Northern Region, targeting inter and intra-state customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving power sales in private markets for C&I customers (Open Access / Third Party / Group Captive / Trading / Virtual PPAs)
  • Conducting feasibility assessments for customer energy transition plans

AMPIN Energy Transition is seeking a dynamic Asset Management Head to lead operations across its 5 GW portfolio and pipeline of ISTS-connected utility-scale renewable assets. This role spans pan-India locations and includes solar, wind, floating solar, hybrid, and storage projects. The ideal candidate will oversee performance optimization, grid compliance, and lifecycle management of assets, ensuring seamless integration with the ISTS network. How you will contribute:

  • Responsible for managing the renewable energy plants for Utility Business including local coordination with local government authorities/clients/vendors and also security of the plant;
  • Oversee central O&M functions – Performance Monitoring, Compliance Management, Spares Management, Vendor payments for all sites;
  • Timely monitoring and tracking of compliances for renewable energy plants, as applicable;
  • Responsible for ensuring safety of people, material, equipment all operational plants;
  • Responsible for SCADA overview and reporting on a continuous real-time basis;

How you will contribute:

  • Implement and oversee regional Project & Field Quality Plans in line with ISO and contractual standards.
