The Energy Transition Enablers business segment at AMPIN enhances our core operations and positions us to capture a larger share of the energy transition market.

This includes an energy trading platform, cell and module manufacturing with plans to enter wafer production, a green hydrogen business, and a storage business. Additionally, we are setting up an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) to rotate capital effectively. With this comprehensive offering, we are well-equipped to capture the full spectrum of the energy transition opportunities in India.

  2. Amp Energy Markets facilitates physical delivery of Power and RE Offset Instruments (iRECs/ Carbon Credit) at the most competitive tariffs from the open market.
  3. Amp Energy Markets specializes in providing customized and out of the box solutions curated to the energy requirements of our customers.
    We cater to the short term (day-to-day) as well as long term requirements of our customers through Intra Day, Day Ahead, Week Ahead and Month Ahead basis.
  4. We facilitate customers ranging from Corporate & Industrial customers, CPPs, IPPs and State Utilities/ Discoms.

  1. AMPIN Energy Transition has entered into a strategic partnership with Jupiter International Limited to establish a joint venture dedicated to the solar manufacturing business.
  2. Under the JV, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is being set up in Odisha, aimed at manufacturing up to 1.3 gigawatts (GW) of high-quality solar cells and modules under the PLI scheme of GoI.
  3. Foraying into manufacturing will not only help AMPIN achieve backward integration and enhance its control over the supply chain, cost & quality, but also serve the third party developers propelling both domestic and export growth in India’s renewable sector.

Environmental Clearance Letter
  1. AMPIN has collaborated with green hydrogen technology companies – Ohmium International and Spirare; that design, manufacture, and deploy PEM and Alkaline Electrolyzers respectively.
  2. AMPIN aims to develop mid-sized Commercial and Industrial (C&I) green hydrogen generation projects with a cumulative capacity of ~750 MW over the next 3 years.
  3. Foraying into green hydrogen vertical will help us extend our business offerings to customers thereby providing them with a “One Stop Shop” for Green Energy and Hydrogen in India

AMPIN is developing renewable energy storage solutions in order to cater to round-the-clock power supply needs of its customers. Some of the projects under development are:

  1. System for Back Backup Power Application in POWERGRID Township: This is a standalone Battery Energy storage project of 250kWh capacity for DG replacement application. Plant is under commissioning.
  2. ISTS-connected Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Projects with assured peak power supply under SECI Hybrid 6 Peak Power tender: AMPIN won 100MW capacity under this bid & atleast 100MWh of Battery Energy Storage will be installed to secure peak supply.
