An unforgettable first annual offsite at McLeodganj in November 2016! A journey that brought 21 of our initial team members together for a thrilling trek to Triund to witness panoramic views of the majestic mountains. This offsite was all about the scenic trails along the trek, captivating explorations of the local market, the Shiva cafe, and a memorable visit to the Dharamshala stadium. The camaraderie and adventure bonded us amidst the breathtaking Himalayan landscapes.

In May 2018, we embarked on an enchanting journey to Sourenee Tea Estate in Mirik, West Bengal. This immersive trip offered a firsthand experience of the tea manufacturing process and allowed exploration of Mirik's treasures—its Monastery, Swiss Cottages, and the serene Mirik Lake for delightful paddle boating. We got to discover Darjeeling's incredible allure, from the iconic Toy Train and the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute to exploring local crafts at Das Studios. The evenings were spent indulging in Bonfire Barbeque dinners, leaving everyone with cherished memories to treasure

In September 2019 we took a trip to Dhanachuli, a small hamlet in the hilly state of Uttarakhand. The Te Aroha resort was an ideal Camp 3 location with scenic grandeur and breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Starting the day right with early morning treks to visiting the famous Shiva temple & Chauli ki Jali in Mukteshwar during the day & then dancing the night away, the retreat was more than a team-bonding exercise; it was a celebration of shared experiences, discovering new dimensions within ourselves and the strength we gain from each other as a TEAM.

Come May 2022 and team AMPIN was all set for Camp 4 which was an adventure set in the picturesque hills of Chail, Himachal Pradesh. Like all our annual offsites,this one too was about making new connections and building stronger bonds & the Tarika Resort & Spa in Chail provided the perfect set up for the team to unwind, relax and connect in new surroundings. Picnic lunch by the pond to impromptu maggi snack at Lovers Point & visiting the famous Chail Palace was another highlight of the trip, AMPIN’s offsites are all about creating memories & strengthening bonds.

In December 2023, our offsite in Mashobra, Himachal Pradesh at Koti and Nilaya Resort, epitomized the rhythm of "Eat, Explore, Party, Sleep, Repeat." From showcasing individual talents to a rhythmic dance of unity, the team embodied a spirit of collaboration and camaraderie. Traversing through Carignanu Nature Park to discovering the allure of Shima Mall Road, these experiences remain etched as cherished memories, destined for timeless reminiscence.
