MADHYA PRADESH: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of multiple development projects in Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh.
केन-बेतवा नदी जोड़ो परियोजना का आज शुभारंभ हुआ। छतरपुर के खजुराहों में पीएम मोदी ने इसका शिलान्यास किया इसके साथ ही एमपी वालों को ओंकारेश्वर फ्लोटिंग सोलर पावर प्लांट की भी सौगात दी।
PM Modi laid the foundation stone of the Ken-Betwa River linking national project, the country’s first interlinking of rivers project under a national perspective plan.
Ambedkar played an important role in the formation of the Central Water Commission. His vision and farsightedness contributed significantly to the strengthening of the country’s water resources, their management and dam construction, PM Modi said.
PM Modi laid the foundation stone of the Ken- Betwa River linking national project, the country’s first interlinking of rivers project under a national perspective plan. This project will provide irrigation facilities to various districts in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh benefitting lakhs of farmer families.
