- AMPIN Energy Transition has entered into a strategic partnership with Jupiter International Limited to establish a joint venture dedicated to the solar manufacturing business.
- Under the JV, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is being set up in Odisha, aimed at manufacturing up to 1.3 gigawatts (GW) of high-quality solar cells and modules under the PLI scheme of GoI.
- Foraying into manufacturing will not only help AMPIN achieve backward integration and enhance its control over the supply chain, cost & quality, but also serve the third party developers propelling both domestic and export growth in India’s renewable sector.

Environmental Clearance accorded to M/s AMPIN Solar One Private Limited for the solar cells and modules manufacturing facility located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
- AMPIN has collaborated with green hydrogen technology companies - Ohmium International and Spirare; that design, manufacture, and deploy PEM and Alkaline Electrolyzers respectively.
- AMPIN aims to develop mid-sized Commercial and Industrial (C&I) green hydrogen generation projects with a cumulative capacity of ~750 MW over the next 3 years.
- Foraying into green hydrogen vertical will help us extend our business offerings to customers thereby providing them with a “One Stop Shop” for Green Energy and Hydrogen in India
AMPIN is developing renewable energy storage solutions in order to cater to round-the-clock power supply needs of its customers. Some of the projects under development are:
- System for Back Backup Power Application in POWERGRID Township: This is a standalone Battery Energy storage project of 250kWh capacity for DG replacement application. Plant is under commissioning.
- ISTS-connected Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Projects with assured peak power supply under SECI Hybrid 6 Peak Power tender: AMPIN won 100MW capacity under this bid & atleast 100MWh of Battery Energy Storage will be installed to secure peak supply.
