We are looking to hire an O&M Engineer specializing in solar/wind energy.

If you have an expertise in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of our renewable energy assets, then this is the role for you!

How you will contribute:

We are looking for a highly skilled Operations & Maintenance Engineer to lead/oversee the solar and wind power projects. Your will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of daily generation, monthly generation, and complete Solar/wind plant operations report
  • Overlooking the performance of Solar/wind plant, invoice raising, payment collection, revenue growth of company; Managing the renewable energy power plants including local coordination with local government authorities/ clients /vendors and security of the plant
  • Overseeing the O&M plant which includes Performance Monitoring, Compliance Management, Spares Management, Vendor payments for site
  • Timely monitoring and tracking of compliances for renewable energy power plant, as when applicable
  • Ensuring safety of man, material, equipment all operational power plant
  • Responsible for SCADA overview and reporting on a continuous real-time basis and
  • Coordination with all the internal and external stakeholders related to plants – Engineering, performance, payment, OEM etc.

Ideal skills for this role include:

  • Any B.E./ degree
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage internal and external vendors/stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SCADA and other data management software
